Exam semester 2020 has been a strange semester indeed due to the covid-19 related social distancing and the loss of workshop access. We are very proud of our graduate class that managed to create fantastic exam pieces in spite of seemingly insurmountable obstacles t he Bachelor program in Courses in visual interpretation and communication, theory, and history take place along with students in other fine arts BA programmes at HDK-Valand Steneby. The programme is part of the international environment at HDK-Valand Steneby. The language of instruction is English. Swedish might be used occasionally for Swedish speaking students. HDK-Valand välkomnar dig att ta del av verk ifrån studenter som nu kommer att ta plats inom samtida och framtida bildpedagogiken, designen, fotografit, filmkonsten, fria konsten, konsthantverket och litterära gestaltning.

The Master Program is composed of three specializations: Metal Art, Textile-Body-Space and Wood Oriented Furniture Design. Mötesplats Steneby blir i och med omorganisationen starkare kopplat till GU:s enhet HDK-Valand på Steneby - "Vi har sedan tidigare mycket samarbete med Mötesplats Steneby i olika projekt och har varit måna om att stärka banden ytterligare", säger Otto Samuelsson, universitetslektor på HDK-Valand vid Göteborgs universitet.
